I’ve worked in HR and payroll for over 10 years — from large multi-unit franchise operations to doctors’ offices to remote tech startups.
I’ve managed payroll across 40+ states and internationally, led system implementations, and been directly involved in mergers and acquisitions where precision and compliance matter. I’ve converted thousands of contractors to employees, built HR infrastructures from the ground up, and supported aggressive growth without letting operations break.
